Phone: (508)890-0922 Mr. Houlihan provides consulting services related to estate and business planning, financial planning and advanced markets training to Strategic Financial Partners. Steve has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Notre Dame, a law degree from Boston College Law School, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University Law School. He is an Investment Advisor Representative, a Series 7 registered representative, and a Series 24 registered principal. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member in the Tax Program at Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining Strategic Financial Partners as a consultant, Steve was a Vice President, Case Design Unit and Financial Planning for MetLife where he was responsible for managing the Case Design and Support Unit for Advanced Markets as well as Financial Planning. Prior to this role, Steve was Assistant General Counsel in the MetLife law department responsible for advanced case support, sales material review and compliance.
